Lover's Kiss
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz brown creme de cacao
1 oz cream
1/2 oz whipped cream
Pour the amaretto, cherry brandy, brown creme de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, and strain into a parfait glass. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
